Help With Regedit Plz.

I need to make some changes to me registry but don't know how. I
apparently got some kind of spyware on my computer (possibly isearch) and
was given instructions on how to fix my computer (which included making
changes in the registry). Here is the advice I was given about getting rid
of the spyware or whatever it is:

I was told to go here http://toolbar.isearch.com/uninstall/ and run the
program to get rid of isearch. I did that. I was also told that isearch
disabled several other IE toolbar functions and that I needed to:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explor
er]
"NoBandCustomize"=dword:00000000
"NoToolbarCustomize"=dword:00000000
"Btn_Search"=dword:00000000
"SpecifyDefaultButtons"=dword:00000000

[Save as: UnlockToolbar.reg]

I know how to get into REGEDIT and navigate to .....Policies\Explorer...
but don't know what to do from there. Can someone give me a step by step to
make the proper corrections. Why do I "Save as: UnlockToolbar.reg" and
what do I do with it after I have saved it. Thanks much, Mac

Ramesh. I can't open any of the links you gave me. They all show up as a
blank page with Error Message "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" . I am able to
go to most other sites but cannot open any site that has to do with
anti-spyware such as the links you posted. That is my problem. It's some
kind of virus or something that prevents me from going to anti-spyware
sites. It has screwed up some of my IE toolbars too. Any other ideas.
Thanks Mac

See Kelly's reply. Download the REG file and double-click it. Resets the Toolbar and other IE restrictions. Next, run a scan using Ad-Aware.
