help with product key

I just went online to buy the microsoft product as my trial period ran out.
They gave me a product key number but when I went back to wizard to enter the
number in the 25 product key slot, it said invalid. Now it wasn't invalid to
take my $149! I desperately need powerpoint for a presentation tomorrow.
What do I do? Why won't this work. Please help. I am very computer
illiterate.

Did you print out the product key? They are very easy to mistype or copy
wrong. If you need PowerPoint tomorrow, you may need to use the PowerPoint
viewer (free download) or another computer. You may be able to install the
trial version on another computer. For the license key though, you'll have
to contact the sales department that sold you the product.
