Help with playing videos as attachements in WM

Hi,

Sometimes when I receive a video as an attachment in WM, when I go to play
it, it has all different colored lines going through it and you can't see the
video. I have the "Wonderful Norton's 360", could that be the problem. But
it doesn't happen all the time, only on certain attachments.

Here's the attachment I just rec'd and can't watch:
