Help with Outlook 2003

I have way too many emails in OUTLOOK--about 9,000 or so
and now cannot delete, nor download, and am basically
dead in the water--any advise? Tool box repair kit was
no help--Thanks for any reccomendations,

The number of messages you have has no bearing on the problem at all. Why
not post the exact text of the error mesages you get.
