Help with 'Out of System Resources" in Excel 2007

Several of us have an issue with Excel 2007 crashing. This happens when
files are open and has happed when there were no files open.

Generally, it happens when the application has been open awhile and not
being used.

The screen fades away and you cannot perform tasks. Most of the time the
Office Button cannot be seen, but if you put your cursor over it, you can
manage to save the file.

Some individuals have had a similar experience with Word 2007, but I have not.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Not sure exactly, but Office 2007 has far better graphics and if your
graphic card is not sufficiently powerful you can have problems. It is
sometimes possible to get the screen to redraw by press PgDn and then PgUp.
It may also work if you minimize Excel and then restore it (use the Windows
task bar).
