Help with Newsgroup Reader in Outlook 2003

I had the newsgroup reader working but accidently deleted
the button. I'm now unable to recreate the button again
because the "News" command no longer appears in the
command list under the "GO" category when trying to
customize using add/remove buttons as outlined in the
Outlook Help.

I have since tried to fix it by first doing a 'detect &
repair'. That didn't work so I removed all MS Office
2003 products and then reinstalled them all again
including Outlook but that also didn't restore the "NEWS"
command either. Nothing in the knowledge base on this
one.

This was from another person. I tried it and it worked.

"I don't have the Go, News command in Outlook 2003.
To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab
in Control Panel | Internet Options and change the
default newsreader to Outlook Express. If OE prompts you
to make it your default newsreader the next time you
launch it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then
click the No button.
You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools,
customize."
