Okay, I'm wanting to edit my website through frontpage but don't remember how
to log in on frontpage any idea how to do this?
 
Open FP
File | Open Site
choose whether to open your local web or your remote web

File, Publish Site, enter the URL, enter your username/password details
(obtained from your host).
