I have a HP keyboard with shortcut buttons along the top for internet links, controls for mp3 players and volume, and a shut down button
I'm not sure if there is a way to do this, but I was wondering if I could adjust the buttons so they are shortcuts to other things. Thanks for any help

No idea, suggest you RTFM - this has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows.

Go to control panel...double click the keyboard icon and you should be
able to change them there.

Start > Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware > Keyboard > Buttons
(tab)
