Help with Internet Explorer

[AJ]

Whenever I try to save pictures while surfing I only get
the option to save them as a bmp. How do I work around
this so that I can save them as jpg? The dropdown menu in
the save as dialogue menu only gives me the bmp option. I
also find that it is slowing down my surfing because
everytime I go back to the page that I clinked the link
of the the pic I wanted to save has to re-download.
Please Help.

Try going to Downloads.com and finding a program that
will allow you to convert or save as jpg.
