Help with image files

Ever since I upgraded office XP to 2003 in the file types options the .bmp,
..gif and the .jpg/jpeg have all disappeared.

Can someone please tell me how to get the default values back?

Open Explorer.exe
Go to tools\folder options\view
Uncheck "hide file extensions for known file types"
Press Ok.
