saving internet images

when I wiss to save an image I right click and use "save
picture as"... In the past this has worked fine, but
lately my system wants to save evrything as an unamed bmp.
When I try to change this to jpeg or gif thera are no
options available except bmp even though the image is
actually ajpeg or gif with a name. Please help me return
my system to normal, if you have the answer please email

Clear your temp internet files and then try again. It should now work
correctly.
