Help with icons showing as "X"

I am working on a Fantasy Baseball league site. When I get to a page that has
many icons, they all come out as “Xâ€â€™s. When you right click and select “Show
Picture†nothing changes. This is in Explorer 7 on a 900 MHz PIII with 384 MB
of Ram. Any ideas. When contacting the site, they suggest dropping some
security. Using EZArmor from Time Warner. Thanks in advance.
