Help with getting at old info

Hi,
I installed a new hdd on my machine moving the old master
drive to the slave drive. I did this as to save the data
on the original drive. Now I get an access denieghed
message when trying to get to the My Doccuments dir on
the old drive. How do I gain access to it?
