Help with Front Page Express

O.k....consider me a dinosaur...but this is what I have been using for years to publish my website. Today I tried to use the Web Publishing Wizard and it suddenly won't recognize my user name and password...have not changed them...or else, when it does I get a message stating that the file I am trying to send to my IP "does not refer to a page or folder in this web, it may be a page or folder in a subweb or a badly formed URL. Error 0x90005. Does anyone know what this means, why it happened, or how to fix it? I have contacted the company that hosts my website and they say they can't duplicate the error so they are not much help. I am not a computer genius...the reason I liked my Front Page Express...and I need help to update my site. Thank you for your time and any help you can give me.

I get the same thing with FP2002. I just have to keep retrying/re-typing
until it works. Then it decides halfway through the upload that IO don't
have the right to publish and stops. Eventually it continues to publish the
web site till it finish's. Pain in the @rse I must say but it gets there in
the end.
