help with error message

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject '',
Account: 'mail.fitebuilding.com', Server: 'mail.fitebuilding.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79

i have already tried to change from 25 to 587 and it wont take it

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
Enable the "My server requires authentication" option.
