Help with digital signing

Sorry if this is the wrong group. I am trying to digitally sign a driver
package using Microsofts Authenticode. I have acquired a certificate through
a CA but cannot seem to get the process to work. Can someone point me to a
MS contact number or group that I can get information on this?
