HELP!! With Deleted files

I just experienced an "Inaccessible Boot Sector". I was able to recover using
the installation CD that came with my Dell. Somehow, my user account (which
was AN administrator, but wasn't the actual administrator account) got
deleted. ALL my data files are gone. All my programs are working and ok, but
all the files I created and absolutely NEED are gone.

Please, someone help me recover them.

Look for the orphaned profiles within;
\Documents and Settings

I found all my files in a *.bak folder under suggested locale.
