Help with a stop code 0X0000008E

When I start up my computer running Windows XP, a blue screen of death
comes up with the following stop code...

STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X8060ABI3, [another string that
varies], 0X00000000)

However, this does not occur when I start up the computer in Safe
Mode. I have done some research on this issue, and I have determined
two possible reasons for this stop code.

1. Bad RAM
2. A driver conflict

So far, I have done a virus scan with the latest definitions, got all
the Windows Updates, and scanned for spyware, but those did nothing to
fix the problem.

Here are the specs for the PC

1.3 GHZ Celeron
192 MB SDRAM
ATI Radeon 7000 PCI
40 GB Hard Drive

So, does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Thanks in advance!

MS suggests memory problem, if more than one stick try removing one, also
swap slots. There is a memory test app available, search google.
