I am getting the stop error message about 2-3 minutes after start up. The
message is: Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBA7C8D03, 0xB6F3BA20, 0x00000000)
.. Any ideas on how to fix? It seemed to happen after I installed the
Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool from Windows Update. I am only
able to operate in Safe Mode now. Also at start up, the "My Computer" folder
automatically opens. Any ideas on how to fix that as well? Thanks--Russ
