Help - Windows 95 - XP

Problem: I have an old Windows 95 computer. I also have
a new Windows XP computer. I cannot transfer files
between them. I cannot format CD's on the new. The new
won't read the olds floppy's. help
 
Greetings

There is no need to format a CD for use before writing. The onyl reason you
have to format a CD is to use third party packet writing software.
