Help

I have an old Windows 95 computer and a new Windows XP
computer. I cannot transfer files on disks or CD's -
why? Any suggestions on how I can get my files from the
old into the new?

Greetings

Can't tell you why, until you can provide a bit more information. Do you
get errors? What kind of files are you trying to transfer?

Master the CDs, don't use UDF/Packet writing.
Or do a file-sharing ethernet network.

Use pcAnywhere or Laplink. These two software packages come with a null
serial cable that plugs into the serial ports of each machine to link both
machines directly.
