Help!!!! Win XP Home, Installer

I had a trial program installed that didn't have an un-
installer and Win remove programs did not remove it . I
thought I had all traces erased (deleted), but it keeps
coming up with a window trying to re-install this program.
What can I do? I've re-installed Win XP, but it didn't fix
the issue. Help!!!

Hi Liz

You may need to edit the registry in order to get rid of
any lingering traces of this program. Go to Start - Run
and type regedt32. First make sure you back uo the
registry. Then search for all references of the program
and delete them. On a reboot you should be fine.
