Help w/Restore! The backup file contains unrecognized data message

Sorry I cannot recall the name of the package but it was something repair...

just fyi -
i use driveimage xml for complete disk images
and
synctoy for my docs n pics n etc...
they both are freewares...
 
What is the name of the program, I am having the same problem. Need to know
the name of the program.
