Help, unable to run Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Pro after install

Computer = Win XP Pro/SP3, Office 2007, visual Studio 2005
Purchased and loaded Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Pro. Upon launch I get error message
"Adobe Acrobat 9.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close". Since
installing Adobe 9.0 none of the adobe products on my computer will work.
Seems installation of 9.0 caused a complet shut down of Adobe products. All
give me the same error message. Performed a massive virus search and distroy
with no success. Anybody know what is going on here? All Adobe products
worked just fine before this 9.0 install. I have removed all programs that
may be associated with Adobe with no success. Adobe tech support gave up
after 10 days. BTW, I installed Acrobat 9.0 Pro on another machine with
success.
Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Henry,

Did you try the "Windows Install Clean Up"
program?
Or Download on Adobe.com the CS3 cleaner.
Look for "wincs3clean.zip"
Sucses!!!!
