Hi - I have the problem where image thumbnails don't show
up in Windows - only a square with the program icon
inside. So I tried the regedit suggested in the support
pages, but it didn't work. I tried renaming the keys both
with the numbers inside brackets and without brackets
(which way is is supposed to be, by the way?). Any other
ideas? I do a lot of photo editing and web design and I
really need to be able to see the thumbnails like before.
Thanks,
Kristina

Hi Dave -

Thanks so much for your help. I actually got it fixed -
the solution listed in the knowledge database worked. I
first tried without the brackets, then deleted the key
when it didn't work. When I tried with the brackets, I had
put the key under the .jpe key by mistake. So I deleted
that one and put it under the .jpg key. Now the thumbnails
show up just fine. Thanks again for your willingness to
help.

Glad to hear it's sorted.
