Help to configure an Internal Time Server

Can some one tell how to :
1. Remove a Windows 2000 Time Server ( Was my PDC ).

2. Configure a new Windows 2003 Internal Time Server
( is my new PDC ).

Thanks for your help.
 
you are going to have to be a bit more specific remove from were..
by default the primary domain controller is the time server

if want to make a time server authoritative.. you will want to have
it sync to a top level time server.. you can do that by running

net time /setsntp:<name of time server> from a command prompt
you can use something like ntp2.usno.navy.mil (us navel observatory atomic
clock)

so the full syntax would be

net time /setsntp:ntp2.usno.navy.mil
