help!!! Taskbar Problem

There are multi logins on my xp computer and my ati video card had a driver
crash in the multi desktop app. Now all of the logins expect the
Administrator has lost the taskbar its not there and not responing. Any way
to fix it without recreating all of the logins.
 
This sounds like Explorer is not loading as your system shell

As a test, load into one of the bad profiles, then press CTRL-ALT-DEL.

Task manager should come up.

Click File > New Task (run), and type explorer.exe in the box and hit OK.

Does your taskbar return?
