Hi Msrk,

When I try to open up windows help and support page I get an error message
that says windows can't find the "helpctr.exe" file. Could someone please
tell me what I can do about this problem.

Check this site:

http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/fix_windows_xp_help.htm

Or go to Start > run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally
reinstall help and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd and may need to know the location of the folders
Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 and Windows\System32\dllcache.

Good luck
