Help & Support will not run

Has anyone else had trouble using the Help & Support
option since installing SP1 and/or other updates?
Recently I clicked on H & S and nothing exciting
happened. There was CPU activity but no window opened.
The same resulted from selecting H & S from within an
explorer window.

Would be obliged if anyone knows why this has occured and
perhaps has a suggestion as to how it can be fixed.

A very big thanks for the link. The poblem for me was
NOT caused by the windows updates but in fact by an
overzealous registry clean via Tweak-XP. The vbs file
fixed the problem instantly (after I ran it past the
virus scanner!!!!). http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com has
now been added to my list of favourites. Pity there is
no mention of anything like this in the knowledge base.
