Help & Support not working

Hi, I am fairly new to the newsgroup but have gleaned many great tips from the posts in this community, keep up the great work everybody

I have been reading lots of posts concerning Help & Support not functioning, over the past few months. Almost all of them are the same as my problem, in that when selected, it appears to load but doesn't work

I have tried all the suggestions so far (Kelly, Doug Knox etc) but still no go. Any latest ideas
