Help - Setting firewall for gateway PC

Symantec just bought Sygate few days ago, and as usual, they
have removed the 'free' version of the firewall and its docs from
their web-page. Where can I find some good literature about
this new Sygate Personal Firewall 5.6 ... I am having some
difficulty to set the firewall in the gateway PC so that our second
home PC can receive the Internet & e-mail etc.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Here you can find the pdf file for v55 (I doubt that there huge difference
with v56).
