Help, Service program is not active.

Hello,
When I try to run my Intel Desktop Utilities I get this error message
"Service program is not active." Anyone know what is going on?
I have a Intel D975XBX mobo, Intel Pentium D 940, 2 GB PC 5300 RAM, ATI
1600 Pro. My OS is Windows XP pro SP2. When I first got it running the
Desktop Utilities ran fine then it started giving me this error.

Where, in the phrase "Intel Desktop Utilities", do you see the words
"Microsoft Windows XP"?
I suggest you visit Intel Technical Support for assistance with their
product.

I don't. But I do see the words of an A hole, A hole.
