I have posted this question twice now with no replies. I did a repair
on my pc and have lost an option under "OPEN WITH" that listed a
"Windows Help Executable" for viewing files such as html and text etc.
Can anyone tell me how to get this option back or what its title is?
I can't find it in help or doing a search. Any advise or help will
be greatly appreciated.

If you R.click the file, the options should be listed,if not,try installing
xp cd,exit
the menu,go to run,type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow Once its thru,type:
CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,type:EXIT Remove cd,restart pc.

Right click on a file you want to open and go to the Open With menu - at the
bottom is the option to choose the program for this file type. You can
either pick the program from a list or browse to the EXE file. Once you have
done that the application will remain in the Open With list.

You've received no replies because no one has an answer.

And even Google doesn't know what "Windows Help Executable" is. That
means that it doesn't exist.

You could try:

C:\WINDOWS\winhlp32.exe

;)

The option was there previously. I'm not sure of the title. Can anyone
check their options under "Open with" for a similar title? I do know
that the title included the words "Windows" and "executable".
