Help! Reminder window won't close!

Hi
A window appeared on my computer...no x to close, can't
right click icon in tray to close.
The window has the DNS info...for when you can't access a
website...no info in it...can't close, refresh cause
there is no toolbar...just the title bar that says
"Reminder September 5th"
I have no reminders set!
1st appeared at 11:24
Scanned with NAV = no problems
NIS shows no intrusion
Restarted...window was gone...
12:24...the window is back...

HP a250n
HP 2210 4 in 1 (printer, etc)
XP Home (current on updates)
Office 2003 beta
NAV/NIS 2003

Any ideas...help...much appreciated.

Hit alt f4. That should do it.

Thanks... alt F4 did close the window.
But... it came back again @ 1:24 (hourly on 24 since 11)
I need to know how to stop it from coming up...
where it is coming from...

I have checked all scheduled
tasks...events...calendars...everything. Can't find one
scheduled...
The fact that the window appears with info that appears
in IE window when you can't find a website concerns me.
But Norton says no bugs...
Guess I will see what happens tomorrow
