Trouble with reminders after import of outlok 97 pst file

I am hoping for assistance...I recently imported my old outlookk97 pst from a
cd into my new outlook 2003...when the data imported it went into "personal
folder" i.e. Calendar in Personal Folders or Contacts in Personal Folders.
Now, none of my reminders on appointments or tasks will not pop-up or sound
when the time arrives. Also, if I open an existing appointment or taks then
attempt to save it, an outlook warning message appears stating "The reminder
for "title" will not appear because the item is not in your calendar or
taskss folder. Is this OK? If I answer No I am unable to close the
appointment or task window, If I answer Yes, the appointment or tasks window
will close, but the reminder never sounds. The same situation occurs if I
attempt to create a new appointment or task with a reminder.
I've set my reminders to on and there is a .wav file assigned to it, but no
luck. Any suggestions?

Are you using exchange server?

Hit Ctrl+6 - how many pst's are in your profile? Drag the items from the
folders in the one pst to the default folders in the mailbox or pst.
