help regarding the "open-with" window !?!?!

I plug in my camera into my computer and then turn it on, and the "open-with"
window doesnt' come up??? And so, i am unable to load of my pictures onto my
computer... can anyone help me out with this? If so, thank you very much!
and also, my camera works fine, and the cord for the camera is fine also.

Hi There,

the open with option comes up on files only, the camera is usually
detected as a folder. what type of camera is it?

I have a Fuji film and I just plug it in, switch it on and it appears in
My Computer as a removable drive, which I double click and get my pics
that way.
