Hi, I'm having multiple problems with Windows XP. My
account is administrator by the way.
Firstly,windows search ie.start menu->search is almost
completley blank. The window loads, I see the little
animated icon(dog, or Wizard) but nowhere to type or
actually do anything within the window at all!
Second, I cannot create a new user account or modify the
existing ones. The options within the start menu->control
panel->user accounts are gone. It's the same problem as
the blank search window. The window is blank with only the
back, forward and home buttons to click on. They do
nothing when clicked. Cannot change existing user picture
or any options.
Third, I can't open hotmail when going through MSN
Messenger 6.2. I log into messenger, I can talk to people
and enter my hotmail account but I cannot click or view
any email messages. If I go directly through any internet
browser first, then I can view messages.
All these problems started at the same time. Obviously
something is corrupted somehow. Please respond with any
info you can give. Thank you very much for your time.
