Help - problems upgrading to xp service level 2

As the update wizard is install the new files it stops and says

ACCESS DENIED

gives no address or any other information and then proceeds to undo
all the process that it has already accomplished...

Can Anyone help me with this or direct me to the correct newsgroup to
ask this question???

database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
