HELP!!!! Problems after installing SP1a

Getting message The instruction at "0x77f7e22a"
referenced memory at "0x013a3f3c". The memory could not
be "read".


I get this error after i tried to install sp1a on winXP
home. Now i cannot access internet. I can connect, but
not open up web pages. I tried to install this as NORTON
was running. I think this is what caused the error. I
did not create a system restore point. I have also
removed all hotfixes.

Please HELP!!

Uninstall SP-1A unless you told the installation program not to make a
backup..... No backup, then you're going to have to do a repair.
