HELP Please

I am using outlook express for my e-mails but when ever someone sends me a
pps file as an attachment I can not open it.
Everything was ok until I reformatted my PC.

I am using Win XP Pro and Office 2003.

If anyone can help please send me an e-mail it is driving me crazy.

Do you have powerpoint installed from your Office 2003 CDs?

Do you have "attachments that may be harmful" blocked in Outback Express ?

Tools > options > security > un-tick (at your own risk) "do not allow blah blah blah"

If you don't have PowerPoint installed, you can download and install the Viewer
from

What happens when you right click the attachment and save it to a folder on your
hard drive and then try to open it in PowerPoint?
