Help Please

I need help, I want to unistall music match jukebox, but
I can,t I try to unistall by going to control panel, add
and remove programs, and doesn't work
 
It probably states that the program is used by another
application, thus won't let you delete, correct?
Go to Start/Run/type MSCONFIG and click OK. Click the
startup tab and uncheck mm_tray and click Apply and OK.
Now reboot your PC and you should be able to remove
MusicMatch from your system.
