help please

I have downloaded some papers off the internet that
went to the winRAR program and now i can't get them out
of the funky writing the are in or get them to print.


please help me

First, you need a WinRAR application to decompress them. Second, you need
in order to view them, you need to have installed on your system the
application in which they were created. This is not a function of the OS,
it's a function of the applications you have installed.
