Help please

Sorry if this is the wrong newsgroup but I can't see any that are catered
for my query but...Can someone direct me to an online tutorial that tells
you how to construct an email mailing list using Outlook Express?

Yep, you're right you do need help if you can't: -

a) Find the replies you received last time you posted this, not 24 hours
ago

and

b) Find one of the three dozen or so OE groups that also reside on this
server.

There's also HELP in O.E. itself. Search the index for "lists" and
"mailing lists" for links to those topics.
