Help please

when i go into control panel then to network, there is no network adaptors
showing. I can get online but when i try to go into certain domains it tells
me that it doesnt reconize any network devices. Any ideas?
 
Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager>Network Adaptor - click
"+" - right-click adapter - properties.
