Wireless lann Problem!

Its Win-Xp-Pro Sp2, Machine: Toshiba tecra s2

Wireless card: Intel (r) Pro/wireless 2200BG.

the problem: i cant access the properties of the wirelss lan! when i go to :

Control panel > Network Connection > Wireles network connection

the latter doesnt respond to my right click! it doesnt show an icon on the
notification area in the task bar any more! it doesnt allow me at all to open
the properties by right-click!

But it gives me this message : an Unexpected error happened !?!?!?

this problem happened 2 days ago due to Unknow thing happened on my pc
Providing the only thing i was doing is Installing some structural analytical
programs that has nothing to do directly with the system components ?!?!

any possible help plz

Look at the taskbar, near the date/time. You may find another icon
which is for the Toshiba "bundled" wireless adapter controls.

nope mate !!
the only other connection icon i have is for the wired cable conection

the only toshiba icon i have is the power saver!!!


the wireless properties are still un-accessable :-(

I just discovered that i cant access the properties of ALLL SORTS of network
connections :-(

dunno whats going on :-(

Open the StartUp folders and see if there is sometype of wireless
adapter manager starting.
