HELP Please

My computer wasnt booting up I got a recovery from the shop I bought it and
when I put this in it would move past the first bet where it tells you it is
Checking The Hardware Configuraton. I downloaded Wdws XP Home Boot Discs and
got past this point right to the end when it tells you to remove disc after
computer boots up but when it started up again it came up a blank screen. I
tried this several times until the point the computer stopped coming on all
together. The green light comes on and a click sound but nothing else just
sounds dead. If anybody can help please get in touch.

If you are getting no screen display at all and just a click on start
up then you have had a hardware failure of some sort. Take the machine
to a reputable repairer.
