Help Please!

I have 2 identical computers. If I right click on a .reg file with one I
get a context menu with "merge" on it.

Doing the same on the second computer gives a context menu with "open
with" and no merge!

Please, what do I do to enable me to merge .reg files on the second
computer. (how do I change the menu?)
