New Text file is missing from right click menu!!!

suddenly the New Text file is missing from right click menu!!!

How do I get it back???

I tried tweak UI for xp with no luck...

I also tried a reg file from kellys-korner.com with no luck there too!

HELP! this is the only one I use from that context menu

Terry that did the trick...

I still dont know what broke it though.. very strange.. in all the years I
have been using windows I have not encountered this particular problem
