HELP PLEASE!!

I have a client that can send an excel attachment to every
computer from work except she cannot receive the
attachment at home. She is running XP office at both
locations. Apparently she could receive them in the past
and has not changed any settings on her home computer.
Any ideas????
 
Could be that her ISP account is full. Can she receive MS-
Word attachments? Or no attachments at all?
