help please

I want to do a system restore but cant access the administrator account
 
This could be a tough one. With such limited info it's hard to tell. Are
you the administrator? If so, you will be able to access your password, if
you forgot it, by following the "forgot password" instructions. If it turns
out you are not the administrator you are going to have to speak with that
person. These are the easiest ways to begin... Perhaps if you described the
issue, what you have tried and the results of your trial and error we could
get you up and running! :o)
